Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BLUEJAYS Sports website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- One person may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated.
- You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Community Rules
When using our community features (Discord, forums, chat), you agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or offensive material
- Share cheats, exploits, or game-hacking tools
- Spam, advertise third-party services, or solicit other users
- Impersonate BLUEJAYS staff or other users
5. Tournament & Giveaway Rules
- Cheating or match manipulation results in permanent ban and prize forfeiture.
- Giveaway winners must respond within 14 days or forfeit their prize.
- Community tournament prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- One entry per person per giveaway. Duplicate entries will be removed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, videos, and branding — is the property of BLUEJAYS Sports GmbH and protected by copyright law.
7. Shop & Purchases
- All prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical goods (EU consumer law).
- Digital goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal once delivered.
8. Applicable Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent permitted by law, Göttingen, Germany.
