Content Creator

As a Content Creator at BLUEJAYS Sports, you will help shape how our organization, teams, players and projects are presented to the esports and gaming community. You will work closely with our management, social media and content team to develop engaging content around our competitive teams, events, partners and community activities. Your tasks include creating content for our social media channels and website, developing creative concepts for posts and campaigns, covering matches and tournaments, producing short-form content, and supporting larger content projects. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and formats. Whether it is educational gaming content, entertaining community posts, player-focused stories, esports news or behind-the-scenes content, we want you to bring your own creativity to BLUEJAYS. The role is remote and offers a flexible environment where you can gain practical experience within an established esports organization while building your own portfolio. 

• <ul><li>Strong interest in esports, gaming and online content&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube&nbsp;</li><li>Creative mindset and the ability to develop your own content ideas&nbsp;</li><li>Good written English; German is a strong advantage&nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of esports titles, especially Counter-Strike 2, is beneficial&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and reliably&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to communicate and collaborate with players, staff and other content team members&nbsp;</li><li>Basic experience with image, video or content editing tools is beneficial&nbsp;</li><li>Awareness of current gaming, esports and social media trends&nbsp;</li><li>Availability to occasionally cover matches, tournaments or events&nbsp;</li><li>Professional and respectful communication&nbsp;</li><li>Previous esports experience is welcome, but not required
