Watch Party Creator

As a Watch Party Creator at BLUEJAYS Sports, you will be one of the faces of our community during official league matches and tournaments. Your main responsibility is to host live watch parties for BLUEJAYS matches and experience the games together with our community. Rather than providing traditional play-by-play casting, the focus is on entertainment, interaction and creating an atmosphere where fans can enjoy the matches together. You will react to matches live, discuss plays and situations, interact with viewers through chat and bring your own personality and style to each broadcast. Depending on the event and format, you may host watch parties individually or together with other BLUEJAYS creators, players, guests or community members. You will also work with our content and social media team to develop additional ideas around the broadcasts, including highlights, clips, reactions, predictions, post-match discussions and other community-focused content. Our goal is to make BLUEJAYS matchdays more than just watching a game. We want to create a place where our community comes together, supports the team and shares the experience. 

• -Strong interest in esports and competitive gaming
• -Comfortable speaking and entertaining during live broadcasts
• -Good communication skills and an open, engaging personality
• -Willingness to regularly watch and cover BLUEJAYS league matches
• -Ability to actively interact with viewers and involve the community
• -Basic knowledge of streaming platforms such as Twitch or YouTube
• -Basic streaming setup with a stable internet connection and suitable microphone
• -Understanding of the games and competitions you are covering
• -Ability to work independently and reliably
• -German language skills, as our primary focus is the DACH community
• -English skills are beneficial
• -Awareness of current esports topics, memes and community trends
• -Professional and respectful behavior while representing BLUEJAYS Sports
• -Previous streaming, content creation or casting experience is beneficial, but not required
• Important: You do not need to be a professional caster. We are looking for personalities who enjoy esports, like interacting with a community and can turn a regular matchday into an entertaining shared experience.
